M- started school on Monday. So proud of this guy. He walked in super confident, excited, and smiley:) He's got some cool classes including technical drawing, intro to engineering, integrated sciences, algebra, english and career pathways. Least fave is NM history - there always has to be one class you don't love.

Day 2 he drew this in technical drawing! Definitely not something I could have taught him. I have a feeling it's going to be a great year! You'd all be proud that I didn't shed any tears or have any apprehensions when I dropped him off Monday. This is a great place for M- and I am feeling pretty great about the job I did homeschooling and prepping him for life these past 14 years:) He gets up on his own, organizes his supplies, gets his work done, and is participating in all his classes (even read his journal entry out loud in English). The boy has confidence and enthusiasm for learning and that makes me super happy!
Well, I shed a tear for you! He looks so proud, and I am so glad you gave yourself credit for all those years of hard work you put in. You have every right to be one proud mama! So excited for his new adventures. He is a great young man!
